Are your products handmade?

Yes, almost all of them. Others like pins are designed by us but manufactured by third party companies

Can i combine shipments?

Yes, most of the time shippments with the same address wil be combined

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel an order within the next 24 hours after your purchase. You can't cancel an order if it has already been sent, but you can return it once it arrives to you.

Can i return/exchange an item?

Yes, you can return an item within the next 10 days after it arrives by contacting us and we will provide you with the return address. Once the item arrives to us, it will take 1-2 business days to give you the refund and 3-4 to appear on your bank account. For exchanges, we will send a replacement right after the first item arrives to our place.

Can i send back items for repair?

Yes, items can be send back for repair

How many handing/creating days will be necessary before my order ships?

Depends mainly on the quantity and the quality ordered. Badges, stickers, patches and prints are usually ready to ship in 1-2 business days, while pins, flags or apparel can tae 4-5 days. Sometimes we can run out of stock and we'll need some extra days to complete the order, so if you're on a hurry remember to contact us first!

Where is my order?

Shipping can take up to 5-7 days for Spain, 10-12 for european countries, 12-15 for USA and 19-28 to Australia, Southern America, Asia and Africa. Standard shipping doesn't include a tracking, so if you need a tracking code, contact us to give you the certified shipping info.
