Standard glossy stickers are recommended for interiors. They'll tolerate water, but colors will fade when expose repeatedly to direct sunlight. Laminated glossy stickers can be used on exteriors, but I'd still recommend shield them from direct sunlight whenever possible because eventually they'll get bleached by it.
It's NOT vinyl, it has a limited lifespan when used outside, so I dont recommend it for cars or any other exteriors where they might get a lot of rough weather conditions
