Shipments and returns
Some of our stuff is made to order, generally pendants and apparel, others are ready to ship once you purchase, like pins, flags or posters. Made to order purchase may take up to 7 days of creation before shipping, we usually dispatch the rest within 3-5 days after the order is placed.
Usually packages take up to 4-7 working days for national deliveries (Spain), 7-13 for EU countries, 12-18 for USA and Canada, and +30 for Australia, South America and Asia. These estimations are based on our previous experiences shipping internationally, but are not science. We ship from Spain so a package will arrive earlier to Germany or France than Estonia or Finland, though they are within the same EU estimation. Other things that will impact the delivery date too are holidays influx for example. Standard shipping doesn't provide a tracking number so if the tracking is important to you make sure to purchase the certified shipping.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them unless you contact us within the next 24h after the purchases. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
We've never experienced any problem or extra cost at customs, but if it ever happens the extra cost relays on the buyer
All items can be returned except custom ones. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return. Once returned, full refund/change of product will be applied, unless it arrives damaged, in which case we'll offer a partial refund.
