The stickers are ink based to make the colours more vibrant, this means that are recommended for interiors because the sun radiation will mess with the ink composition. They'll tolerate water drops. Laminated glossy stickers have an extra protection layer against scratches, water and sun radiation, but they'll not suitable as car decals
